When you email Tanqu, the contact and project information you include is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss your requested products. Please avoid sending sensitive personal data unless necessary for the project.
Inquiry form
When you submit the inquiry form, your name, email, optional phone or WhatsApp number, and other details you choose to provide are sent to Tanqu's inquiry email address, juliezhang@tan-qu.com, through FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service. FormSubmit may process the submitted fields and technical information needed to deliver the message. Please avoid sending sensitive personal data or confidential designs through the form.
How we use inquiry information
We use your contact and project information to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations and discuss requested products. We do not use the form to automatically subscribe you to marketing messages.
Website operation
This prototype does not include analytics trackers or marketing cookies. When the site is deployed, its hosting provider may process technical access logs to serve pages and secure the service. This section will be updated once the provider and configuration are finalized.
